This area contains all of the news articles from the Prime Timers Worldwide quarterly newsletter.  They are listed in chronological order, with the most recent news article listed first.  Feel free to peruse this article archive; it is chock full of interesting stories from local chapters, the worldwide organization as a whole, and important news to its members.

On Saturday, August 18th a terrific group of PT Members joined with our very own Sonny Darnell, who recently finished all of his extensive training as an official docent ! Sonny took is on a brief tour of the "old" museum and the wonderful new wing. He did a great job.

Miami Valley Ohio Prime Timers’ 2nd Annual Pig Roast, August 19, 2012, was a roaring success far exceeding our initial event last year. 120 gay and bisexual men filled the Dayton, Ohio; Metro Park reserved shelter and surrounding green areas to enjoy games, food, drinks, and conversation. We dispensed with the regular formal meeting and went right to the fellowship.

For the month of December, LGBT filmmaker Stu Maddux is presenting free home streaming of three documentary films, including Gen Silent, which was mentioned in last month’s PPT newsletter. Home streaming is a convenient way to enjoy movies without having to rent or buy a DVD. Using an internet connection, the video is streamed while you watch it and the full movie file isn’t saved onto your computer. In addition to Gen Silent, the films Bob & Jack’s 52-Year Adventure and Trip To Hell And Back are also featured.

Hamilton (Ontario) Prime Timers September First Friday Dining Out at Bedrock Bistro was a great success! Almost 50 men gathered to enjoy one another’s company and the food of Bedrock Bistro. Hamilton is a new chapter in 2012, and is going strong with membership and events. Congratulations to the guys in Hamilton!
