Sarasota, Florida

This chapter's monthly General Meeting is always the fourth Sunday of the month. The meetings are held at Trinity MCC, Lockwood Ridge, at 3:00 p.m. There will be Lazy Lobster afterwards. At the February meeting, the CEO of the Community Outreach spoke on the need for grieving resources for LGBT seniors. This sounds like a worthwhile discussion, for sure.

San Antonio, Texas

The February General Meeting was the largest monthly meeting they've had with 78 attending. The speaker was the CEO of the city's AIDS Foundation. Tons of questions and concerns, along with enlightenment. Also, the Care and Concern Committee is fervently assisting their chapter seniors that are unable to get around to their doctor appointments, the market, chapter socials, and the like. Good for you, guys.

Tusla, Oklahoma

If your wanderings take you to Tulsa on the second Tuesday of the month, the Monthly Meeting is held at 7:00 p.m. at the Equality Center, their outstanding LGBT community center. Stop-by one of these times.

Wichita, Kansas

The guys had a large crowd for the February meeting. The Police Department has established two LGBT liaisons for working with the gay community in the city. The two, both a female and a male officer, were the speakers and shared their experience not only of working with the gay community, but of being "out" at work. How fortunate for the city of Wichita.
